1. Pet Friendly Cafes – Casa Verde

Cafe by day and restaurant by night, Casa Verde is nestled within the lush greenery of the Botanical Gardens, which is the perfect place to take your pooches out for a walk. The name Casa Verde means “Green House” in Italian, and it is a relaxing place for a nice meal after an exercise session with your pet.

They serve a range of authentic Italian and local inspired cuisine, from nasi goreng and ba kut teh, to  wood-fired pizzas and pastas. Sweet treats like panna cotta and pandan jelly are on the menu too.

The cafe is known for their amazing coffee and Australian-style menu, with classic brunch items like pancakes and the well-loved eggs benedict.

If you want to order some scrambled eggs for your pups, feel free to make a request and the chef will even prepare doggie-safe eggs with no salt or seasoning, so that your fluff balls can enjoy brunching as much as you.

The cafe also doubles as an art gallery, so head in to check out the artworks on display. For those who are interested, artists like Ton van Bragt and Delphine Dollet have exhibited their works at the space.
